Who Can Use BumperTap
You must meet all of the following requirements to use BumperTap:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a valid driver's license in the United States
- Provide a valid US phone number for verification
- Own or have authorized use of the license plate you register
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Account Rules
- You may only register one account per phone number
- You may only register a license plate that belongs to you
- You may change your plate number once every 30 days
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not share your account with anyone else
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use
🔒 Registering a plate that does not belong to you is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
What You Can & Can't Do
BumperTap is designed for friendly, constructive communication between drivers. The following is strictly prohibited:

Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By using BumperTap, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service. You are solely responsible for everything you send.
- Do not send content that violates any law
- Do not send content that infringes on intellectual property
- We may remove any content that violates these Terms
- We may preserve content for legal compliance purposes
Driver Safety
🚗 Never use BumperTap while driving. Always pull over safely before sending or reading messages. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely in compliance with all applicable laws.
BumperTap is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from distracted driving or use of the app while operating a vehicle.
Disclaimers
- BumperTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not verify the identity of users beyond phone verification
- We are not responsible for content sent by other users
- We do not guarantee message delivery or app availability
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BumperTap shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Your continued use of BumperTap after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
